Anti-corrosion coating and sheet lining method (prepreg post-application type) HKS method

Dramatically improve the quality of the sheet joint area.

▼Overview The HKS method is a corrosion protection coating technique applied to concrete exposed to harsh corrosive environments. In traditional post-laminated sheet lining methods using prepreg, the seams become laps, raising concerns that ultraviolet light may not adequately penetrate, resulting in incomplete curing. The seam treatment in the HKS method employs a revolutionary corrosion protection coating technique that uses molded joint materials made of high corrosion-resistant vinyl ester resin FRP for joint treatment. ▼Features This method involves applying HKS sheets to concrete surfaces or cross-section repair surfaces that have been coated with primer, followed by ultraviolet irradiation to achieve complete curing and integration with the concrete. The joints feature a double structure where FRP molded products are installed with a highly corrosion-resistant sealing material, providing excellent durability. Compared to traditional post-laminated sheet lining methods that involve overlapping sheets for joint treatment, this method offers superior workability. Additionally, it possesses sufficient corrosion resistance for the harsh corrosive environments found in sewer-related facilities.

CFS method

Achieving high durability in a short construction period! Excellent insulation and reliable fire resistance with external insulation method.

The "CFS method" has been spreading primarily in North America and Oceania since the 1990s, and in Japan, it was established as a general construction method through a notification in 2001, with revisions made in 2012 to expand it to four-story buildings. By utilizing the CFS architectural design support program and the CFS planning guide, significant streamlining of the complex structural design and panel design tasks for CFS buildings is possible. With the integrated structural calculation program for CFS buildings, calculations can be continuously performed from the superstructure to the foundation structure, allowing for the automatic generation of structural drawings and calculation reports. We provide full support from CFS architectural design to construction. 【Features】 ■ Support network for CFS buildings ■ Full support for CFS architectural design and construction ■ High durability achieved in a short construction period ■ Excellent insulation and reliable fire resistance with external insulation method *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

FRS method

In the era of COVID-19! A new method to eradicate mold and viruses from the root.

Japan, with its high temperatures and humidity, is conducive to mold growth, which can unknowingly harm health. The battle against mold is an unavoidable issue for those living in Japan. The "FRS Method" differs from house cleaning by removing mold from the root and helping to create a healthy environment by preventing its recurrence. We also have methods effective for disinfecting against the coronavirus, so please feel free to consult us. 【Features】 ■ This method does not use disinfectants or bleach and does not involve scrubbing with brushes; instead, it uses a special cleaning agent that penetrates, breaks down mold spores, and eradicates them from the root. ■ Since it does not involve scrubbing, there are no scratches left on the treated areas, ensuring peace of mind. ■ The special cleaning agent contains the same components used in food additives, making it safe. ■ The construction is simple and does not require scaffolding. ■ If desired, we can identify the mold present and provide a written report. ■ We can address mold that has developed on a wide variety of materials. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
